Your withdrawal request will only be processed after your documents have been successfully verified by our team.

3. How to Request a Withdrawal
You can request a withdrawal through the “Withdraw” section in your account dashboard. Simply enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select your preferred payment method.

4. Processing Time

  • Verification: KYC verification typically takes up to 24-48 hours.

  • Processing: Once approved, withdrawal requests are usually processed within 24 hours.

  • Crediting: After processing, the time for the funds to reflect in your bank account depends on your bank’s processing time (usually 1-3 business days for bank transfers).
