A: We process withdrawal requests within 24 hours after a successful KYC verification. The time it takes for the money to appear in your bank account depends on your bank’s processing speed, typically ranging from 1 to 3 business days.
6. Technical Issues
Q: What happens if I get disconnected during a game?
A: We understand that internet connections can be unstable. If you get disconnected, our system will provide you with a set amount of time to reconnect. If you fail to reconnect within the given time, your hand may be automatically dropped to minimize your losses.
Q: My game is lagging or freezing. What should I do?
A: Please ensure you have a stable and strong internet connection (Wi-Fi or 4G/5G). Try closing other apps running in the background. If the problem persists, please restart the app.
