Welcome to Pcom Rummy! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pcom Rummy platform and services (the “Service”) provided by P-COM TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and are not a resident of any state where playing online Rummy for stakes is prohibited by law (e.g., Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Sikkim).

3. Account Registration
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts for a single user.

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service’s servers or networks.

5. Deposits and Payments
You may add funds to your account using the payment methods available on our platform. All payments must be made from a payment instrument registered in your name. We are not responsible for any transactions declined due to insufficient funds or issues with your payment provider.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of P-COM TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability
P-COM TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the last six months.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agartala, Tripura.
