Refund Policy for Pcom Rummy
1. General Policy
At P-COM TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to fair play. All transactions made on the Pcom Rummy platform are final. Funds added to your account are for the purpose of participating in real money games.
2. Non-Refundable Transactions
Once you have used your deposited funds to enter a cash game or tournament, the entry fee is non-refundable. We do not process refunds for any losses incurred during gameplay.
3. Exceptions for Technical Issues
A refund may be considered only in cases of clear technical error from our side. This includes:
A transaction being debited from your payment instrument but not credited to your Pcom Rummy account.
A game being cancelled due to a server or platform malfunction, in which case the entry fee will be automatically refunded to all participants.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a technical error, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction. Please provide the following details:
Your registered username and mobile number.
Transaction ID, date, and amount.
A clear description of the issue.
Our team will investigate the issue and process a refund if the claim is found to be valid. The refund will be credited back to your Pcom Rummy account or original payment method within 7-10 business days.
